The Nile
The guy who bought the old Nile Theater continues to slowly work on the place. When I walked past the place on this day he had a huge welding truck parked in front and was welding in place some new metal door frames. They looked pretty hefty.
Note that the sign is only painted halfway up. I guess his ladder didn't go any higher.
